37pk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "37pk," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to 37pk.org and the entity operating the platform under its international gaming licence.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on 37pk or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on 37pk through which all transactions, betting activity, and platform interactions are conducted.
• "Platform" means the 37pk website at 37pk.org, the 37pk mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features accessible through these channels.
• "Funds" or "Balance" means the real-money PKR balance held in a Player's 37pk account, excluding any bonus funds pending wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 37pk that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which 37pk confirms a Player's identity, age, and address before processing large withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all 37pk account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.

By accessing 37pk, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms, together with the 37pk Privacy Policy and any specific bonus terms, constitute the complete agreement between you and 37pk with respect to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 37pk service. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 37pk recommends that all Players review this document periodically.

To register and use a 37pk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 37pk strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old, without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from using online gambling services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 37pk employee or contractor, unless written consent has been obtained from 37pk's compliance team.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order applied through 37pk or any affiliated platform under the same licensing structure.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the 37pk platform is permitted under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 37pk does not warrant that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every location. Players accessing 37pk from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and liability.

Each individual may register only one 37pk account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same Pakistani CNIC, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination of these — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering a 37pk account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC
• Your current Pakistani mobile number (used for OTP verification and, if enabled, two-factor authentication)
• Your accurate date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above
• A unique password of sufficient strength as required by the platform's security parameters

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 37pk login credentials. 37pk recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available in the account security settings. You must notify 37pk immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

37pk reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration application at its absolute discretion, without providing a reason, in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering frameworks.

37pk is required under the terms of its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on player accounts. KYC verification is triggered under the following circumstances, at minimum:

• When a withdrawal request exceeds PKR 50,000
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach thresholds defined by 37pk's compliance team
• When 37pk's systems identify unusual account activity or risk indicators requiring identity confirmation
• At 37pk's discretion at any time, in accordance with its regulatory and compliance obligations

KYC documentation typically includes a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides), a recent selfie holding your CNIC, and may include a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. All documents must be current and clearly legible. 37pk processes KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and notifies Players of the outcome via their registered account.

37pk accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT via the TRC20 network. All deposit transactions are denominated in PKR, with the exception of USDT deposits which are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically clear within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours during normal banking hours. Deposit limits are subject to the payment provider's own transaction limits in addition to any 37pk platform limits set by the Player or applied by compliance.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 37pk does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be subject to a compliance review.

37pk does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such external fees.

Withdrawal requests from 37pk accounts are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed KYC verification for withdrawals above the applicable threshold.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements must be satisfied before the related real-money funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Processing times vary: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically same-day; bank transfers take up to 24 hours; USDT withdrawals are processed within a few hours during business hours.
• 37pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems requires further verification.

37pk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, 37pk will notify the Player and may request additional information to resolve the matter.

37pk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture.
• 37pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.
• Bonus funds expire after the period stated in each offer's specific terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.

All sports bets placed on 37pk are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. 37pk does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances defined in 37pk's specific sport and event rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. 37pk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during live events, to protect the integrity of betting operations.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error — including but not limited to grossly incorrect odds — 37pk reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices. Players will be notified and stakes will be refunded.
• Match and event results are determined by reference to officially recognised governing bodies and verified external data sources. 37pk's determination of results is final and binding.
• Cricket markets, including PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments, are subject to 37pk's specific cricket betting rules available on the platform.

37pk's casino and games section, including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and virtual sports, operates subject to the following terms:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 37pk use independently certified RNG systems that produce provably random outcomes. Live casino outcomes are produced physically by professional dealers in audited studios.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are provided by the respective game providers and are generally available within each game's help section or paytable.
• 37pk is not responsible for any disruption, error, or failure in third-party game provider software that may affect the outcome or integrity of a game session. In such events, 37pk will work with the relevant provider to investigate and, where appropriate, reverse affected rounds.
• Virtual sports results are produced by certified RNG software and are independent of real-world sporting events. Virtual results have no bearing on real sports markets and vice versa.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 37pk. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including KYC documentation
• Registering or operating more than one 37pk account
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the 37pk platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players, including at live casino tables, to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or other corruption of sporting events
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits through payment providers after funds have been wagered

37pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• Identification that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• At the Player's own request via the self-exclusion or account closure process
• In compliance with a regulatory instruction or court order

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 37pk reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, in cases involving fraud or money laundering, any real-money balance in the account. Where an account is closed for legitimate operational reasons unrelated to any Player breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable KYC and compliance checks.

37pk is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The platform offers the following tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your 37pk account and prevent re-registration for a minimum exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated period and cannot be overridden by the Player. Contact 37pk live support to initiate self-exclusion.

All content on the 37pk platform — including but not limited to the 37pk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game assets, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 37pk or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 37pk platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any element of the 37pk platform without prior written consent from 37pk. Any unauthorised use of 37pk intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

37pk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 37pk makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, 37pk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of technical errors, or that all information displayed is accurate at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 37pk's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that Player's 37pk account at the time the claim arises. 37pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not 37pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

37pk accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal platform operation. All gambling activity on 37pk carries inherent financial risk, and Players accept this risk when they place wagers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 37pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 37pk's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or competent arbitration body designated under 37pk's licensing framework.

Before escalating any dispute to external resolution, Players must first contact 37pk's customer support team through the platform's live chat or email channel and allow 37pk a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond. 37pk aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt of all necessary information.

37pk's internal complaints procedure does not affect any statutory rights that a Player may have under applicable local law. Players retain the right to pursue legal remedies through courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to the governing law provisions stated above.

37pk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or via the registered mobile number or email associated with the account, where applicable. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 37pk platform following notification of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to any amended Terms, they should cease using the platform and contact 37pk support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining funds.
